I’ve been having an issue with accessing the administration URL ([url=“http://www.yoursite.com/admin.php”]http://www.yoursite.com/admin.php[/url]). When I try to access the page, I receive a redirect URL relating to this:
[i]https://www.YOURSITE.com/admin.php?dispatch=auth.login_form&return_url=admin.php[/i]
It does not load the login screen and gives me a blank page. The store is closed, but I’m still able to access the front end through the “secret” URL.
I’ve upgraded successfully from version 2.0.6 - 2.0.11, until I upgraded to version 2.0.12.
I’ve also looked into other forum topics regarding similar issues to this and here’s what I’ve done so far.
I’ve cleared the cache files through the var/cache and the var/compiled (both admin & customer).
I’ve also double-checked the config.php and config.local.php for any discrepancies, but all the coding corresponds correctly.
I believe it maybe a database issue or a host issue, but not quite sure at this point.
I’ve also submitted a ticket to the help desk and provided them access to my FTP temporarily to help fix the issue, but has not been resolved yet.
Any assistance and help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
