Cannot Add Products Or Add-Ons?

Hello,

I have just taken over an existing CS Cart shop and am working with CS Cart for the first time.

I am the only user and the only Admin that has access to the site, yet for some reason there is no "plus" icon available to use to add new products or add-ons.

I've checked everything I could think of.

Does anyone have any sort of suggestion? This is such a stupid question, I think!

Try to clear cache by adding &cc&ctpl to the URL in the admin panel

E.g. 

http://domain.com/admin.php?cc&ctpl

Also please make sure that you use root admin account (usually it has ID = 1)
