We cannot access the CS-Cart customer area. We need to prolong our subscription.. Tried the forgot password several times.. Tried emailing them directly through contact us and nothing for days..

Most likely the email with password reset link ends up in spam on your mail server. Please email us at sales@cs-cart.com using the same email address that is specified in your Help desk account.
