Hello,
I have a client who wants to have various packages for a set amount. Under each of the packages, the client wants a few add on options for additional money. The client would also like the total for the package plus all selected add ons to update when the additional options are added or subtracted. Is this possible?

As far as I understand, you want to change price of a product according to a selected product option. In this case I suggest that you should create product options with price modifiers. After setting up such product options product price will be changed according to a specified price modifier of a selected product option variant.
