Can I See Who Has A Back In Stock Notification?

Hi all



I'm trying to access a list of who has requested a back in stock notification for particular products. I want to be able to update them on eta's and other details.



Anyone know how to access these details?

There is the Subscribers tab on the Update product page



This tab contains a list of email addresses that visitors have left to receive a notification when the product is back in stock. You can add the subscriber by his e-mail with the Add Subscriber button or you can choose subscribers among the customers of you store with the Select customer button.

Do you know of a way to be notified whenever a customer requests a back in stock notification?



This would be very handy as it would mean you don't have to go through every individual product to find subscribers, nor check the table in the database

Unfortunately there is no such a feature. Additional custom development work is required to implement it.



You can only check how many subscribers each product has on the Products → Products → Gear icon on the top right side → Product subscriptions page

There is an add-on to do this from http://www.webgraphiq.com/. It also notifies users when the item is back in stock and has statistics in the admin as to who is waiting and for which products. I find this very useful and I know it increases sales. Just yesterday, I updated a few out of stock items. The notices automatically went out to the customers who requested notification and within 1/2 hour, they made purchases. Good or bad, I am out of two of the items again due to this!

I think I was able to copy and paste the requests into excel and then send them individual or mass emails for updates. Or use the emails I get when a request is made.

Is there a possibility to back in stock email notification also be placed in the category list instead of just the text is not in stock. so that customers in the catergory list can fill an email address for notification, and not just on the product page.

What template do you use for the product listing on the category pages?

Probably you want this result

This and many others can be done with our addon mentioned by pbannette (thank you) The built-in version does not offer this feature.
