[size=4]I am getting tired of opening an order, copying the tracking number and checking at Australia Post website to see if the order has been delivered. If delivered I then add a note to the order but
can't see at a glance on the order list which have been delivered.
There doesn't appear to be a way of creating a Status so I can just update the status of an order to 'Delivered'. The only options are to Increase or Decrease stock.
It never hurts to ask though.
I only sell one offs ( no back ordering ) so maybe…
Create a Status called 'Delivered'.
Set to decrease stock.
Low stock notification threshold -1 in Settings > General[/size]

CS Cart has a wacky way of dealing with (or explaining) stock levels. If you create various order statuses and keep the inventory on “decrease” it will only deduct the actual stock level once. For example;
- order placed (decrease) will deduct the initial inventory
- order processing (decrease) no change in stock levels
- order sent (decrease) no change in stock levels
- order cancelled (increase) stock added back into inventory again
