I can not find where to change the Business hours on the Simtech Call Request Add in.
I would also like place the Hours under the phone number, not to the right.

I tried to change the settings directly in the Database but it had no effect

Administrator, languages, translations menu and search for the text.
You could also go into layouts, and replace the Call request block with a HTML Block and rearange as you wish.
