You have changed something by hand in the code manually, right?

One more thing, I assume it could be connected with the above mentioned problem: I can’t update main page contents: I save it but after reloading everything remains the same((

Try clearing the template cache by adding &cc to the end of any URL in the Admin area. It worked for someone with a similar error:
