I’ve got a catalogue line with 30 different products in it.
When I try to bulk edit this line, I get redirected to the manage products page.
Does anyone know why it does this?
What I mean is that when I want to bulk edit my Voodoo Doll Charms, which amounts to 30 different products, I select all 30 products, then select the section I want to edit, but the page returns to the main Manage Products page.
This means that I have to go into each product separately, which is very time consuming.
I can bulk edit other lines without the same problem, so I’m not sure why this happens with my Voodoo Doll Charms…
I am having the same problem and left a ticket with the help desk, have you heard anything?
I submitted a ticket to CS Cart and they said it was something to do with my server settings.
They should get back to you with the details, which you can then pass onto your server host.
I can now edit up to 10 lines in one go… A little bit better than one at a time!!
The help desk said they wanted ftp access to our server but my web designer is against granting that access. I can only wonder why it works fine one day then poof suddenly its broken.
It’s a CS-Cart related issue, they’ve released a fix for it, however it requires your server to increase certain variables. I don’t know the exact details but from what I’ve heard it’s a hack, not a “fix”
