Bug - stylesheet not being read in overrides.

steps to reproduce
1.edit the base or style.css in overrides theme.
2. Modify any CSS tag (example H1.mainbox-title) upload stylsheet.
3. no changes take place
So you are editing the default stylesheet? If you see no chances, clear your cache - yourstore.com/youradmin.tpl?cc&ctpl
You should avoid editing the default stylesheets as these will be overwritten if and when you upgrade CS-Cart. Use the my_changes method instead.
