Create a promotion for $1 discount off a product. The product cost $6.95. So with $1 discount, the discounted prices is $5.95.

Quantity discount doesn’t reflect the correct price when there is a promotional discount. Because of these, it looks like it’s more expensive to purchase higher quantities.
However, when I added 2 qty into the shopping cart, the shopping cart does reflect the correct price.
