Today when i first enter the forum, i thought i redirect KB2.cs-cart.com because forum and kb2 skin are both same. 
but after that all dissapointed, i like the old forum skin, this forum doesn’t have avatar, nice looking etc (May be count later), Admin you should have to make a option to change the skin.

They didn’t just change the skin, they changed the whole board. They are using IPBoard now where as they were using VBulletin.
That's ok but IPB have better skin than this.

I agree this is quite hard to read, not very easy on the eyes. I was just making the point that they can't just offer the old skin as a choice since I am sure they didn't port the old skin to IPBoard.
Guess a good reason for the change but not a clue what it is…trying real hard to like it but it blows.
IPB default skin is better than this current skin. 
I like this board better. I know why CS-Cart chose it… IPB has better architecture.

And it also seriously sucks, vBulletin was much nicer IMO! 
And what's happened to all the Version 1 posts? There are still a lot of us using Version 1 and there is no separate section any more.
I'm liking the functionality of the new board with that being said, there should be a more obvious difference between the user signature and the main post also moving the username and avatar to a left column as it was in the previous board would help things as well.
I do not mind board change however if you do something like this you must make 100% same skin.

Yes, I agree. I can't post any more because new skin is too ugly.
Even the results of “Search” is bugged: The sort results are sorted in a wrong way, because last post is NOT the first in “z-a” option.
