Hi people,
I am hoping someone can help a tech know-nothing with this.
My host account was suspended with this message:
“Your account has been suspended due to compromisation. On further investigation found that your website seems to be under attack, registering hundreds of accounts on your site by bots”
Has anyone come across this? Or know what in the blazes I do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I turned on captcha when this happened to me, not ideal but it does deter them quite well.
I turned it off a while back and do not seem to be suffering anywhere near as much as I did previously, but am ready to switch it back on as and when needed…
