Store Builder in detail Configuration

Using 4.3.5, my blog does not have the Layouts Tab. I uninstalled and reinstalled the addon, but still a NOGO. Any suggestions.

I see it in the cs-cart demo store, but not sure why I do not have it in my install.

File with blog layout is located here:

app/addons/blog/layouts.xml

Try to import it or create new layout page manually
