Is there any way to make additional Blocks management for separate pages such as Product Comparison, etc?
I am displaying three columns on the pages, but on comparison page I just want to leave left column because the contents of the page do not fit into it!

Yes, if you go in and edit the page you created you will notice in the edit page that there is an addons and blocks link.
Its there, its just not under the blocks editor, its inside the page editor.
