Hello Ruggito,

We are sorry to hear that you experience such a problem.

It seems that the problem occurs because the products, categories, pages, etc. are not assigned to your localizations. After creating a localization, it is required to select it in the “Localization” option on the details pages of the desired products, categories, shippings (destinations), payments, pages and news in your administration panel to display them for customers from the address selected for the localization.

You can also use the instructions in the “Setting up a localization” article of our Knowledge base: [url]CS-Cart Documentation — CS-Cart 4.15.x documentation

Many thanks for you fast support, i have set localizations, i have only one localization Italy, and i see it’s set on all product, the problem it’s the same you have any other suggestions?

Many thanks in advance.

Dear Ruggito,

Thank your for the reply.

To check whether the problem is caused by the “Localizations” feature, disable the “Italy” localization and check whether the blocks are displayed in this case.

Before adding localization i saw category menu on my web page, after adding localization details everything is gone…

I think configuration problem.

The problem is only central block, left and right block work whithout localizations details, if i adding localizations don’t work anything.

The blocks don’t work only in home page, anyone can help me please?

this is home of my website www.targetspin.com

Many thanks

Now i have see the right problem, when i create new block it’s don’t appears in home page, left and right column, work only predefinite blocks…

Anyone can help me please??

Thank you for the reply, Ruggito.

I checked your site and found out the “dsfdsgafdsgvdfsa” label on the “central content” side of your storefront. It seems that this text was generated using the “Html block” functionality. If this message was generated without using the block functionality, it seems that your templates were modified. In this case you need to check the modified files and resolve the problem by yourself or contact us via Customer Help Desk: http://helpdesk.cs-cart.com and provide temporary FTP access to your server.

The problem with hidden information occurred when the “Italy” localization was enabled because the created localization was not applied to categories, products, shipping, payments, pages, etc. To apply it, you should open the desired page (for example: a product details page) and select the created localization in the “Localization” select box.

Many thanks for your reply, i have sent to Cscart help-desk one ftp account. About Localizations setting, i have make one localization(italia) , when i go to product details or category details i see localizations box in this box i read italia, it’s right?

You have onother procedure for this setting?

Many thanks

Best regards

Thank you for the reply, Ruggito.

You should additionally click on the “Italy” localization in the “Localization” drop-down select box on the product detailed page in order to assign it to the necessary product.

I read this in category setting, it’s right?

Thank you for the reply, Ruggito.

Yes, you saw the correct information.

Problem solved by Cscart support.

Great Software , Great support.

Many thanks for all

Thank you.

I’m sure these Localizations have a purpose, but they also seem to be a complete nightmare to set up! There should be a way to “add” the localizations to all files instead of having to mess with each. I know if you are doing different countries it may be good, but for just US it is not.

Clips, you do not want to be using any localizations unless you specifically have a need to display multiple lanquages, or different weight unit of measures, currency types, etc.

Many people confuse “Locations” with “Localizations”, although they serve entirely different purposes.

For example, we do not have ANY localizations setup in our site.

I do believe this is causing your confusion with setting up your realtime shipping rates as well.
