Block Not Fit In Grid

Hi i have a qestion about Blocks and Grids.

I create a 16 column grid on Head but when i put inside the block main menu is only 3 column and not fit in Grid how i can fix that to look like breadcrumps

Maybe it is set to float on left instead of full width?

full width also everthing i do on the head not saved and the place still empty.

Usually such misplace caused when you move some block from grid to grid and you can fix it by refreshing the page. Is it correct after refresh?

saddly no its not....

also grid on head not have span

Solved.

Disabled 2 addons Sticky and responsive tab. Now its ok.
