Hi, I have a problem: blank page at index.php?dispatch=checkout.checkout.

Don’t know what generated the problem and how to fix it.

Someone can help me?

As we can see, checkout page works if a basket is empty.



However, if we add the product to the basket, then checkout page outputs 500 error (Internal Server Error).



500 error can occur for various reasons.



Possible that you have custom mods on your store. Try to disable these mods and check the checkout page.



If the checkout page still does not work, you can contact us.

Try to uncommment the following string in the config.php file:



//define('DEVELOPMENT', true);




Then clear the cache and go to checkout
