Hello,
i am trying to make a full backup of my store. When the file is being compressed the process stops. After a few tries it doesnt begin the backup process at all.
Error: Directory "var/backups/" is not writable. Please check permissions for this directory of your installation.
I checked the permissions and they are all set right.
Any advice?
