Ok, so I hadn’t updated the inventory for a certain product and the order came through as backordered.

I have tried to update the status to processing (now that I’ve updated the inventory levels), however, when I refresh the orders page, it’s still showing the order status as “backordered”.

How do I change it so that the next time the customer logs in they can see that it’s no longer on “backorder”

Has anyone else out there had trouble with backordered orders?

The status won’t update to complete on this order, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

any advice?
