backing up

i just want to check with you guys. i did a back up and after when i try to log in or go to my site i get a cant connect and backtrace with line 41, function: require. i figure it may take a while since its my first back up, but i just want to make sure if it is something wrong,

they said there were problems with the database and restarted it, all is fine ow.
