Something very strange… last night I got 7 orders, which I processed & changed the status’ on. Now when I am back in admin, it’s not showing my changed status, plus it’s showing 1 order from last night I didn’t see last night & it’s NOT showing some that were there (I printed the invoices last night so I can see what should be in there). This is very strange! Anyone have any ideas what may have happened?
Probably your hosting provider had restored your account with a backup created before the orders.

indy007, you were correct. My host said they had to restore a backup for “emergency maintenance”.

The best solution would be to make automated files/databases backups by yourself.
