Backend 404 Pages Not Found - Banners, Seo, Gift Certificates

I am receiving 404 errors in backend when trying to access Marketing>Banners, Gift Certificates and Website > SEO menus.

?dispatch=banners.manage

?dispatch=gift_certificates.manage

?dispatch=seo_rules.manage

New site 4.5.2.SP2 - recently moved to root folder

everything worked previously and have created banners successfully

uninstalled and reinstalled SEO, Banner and Gift add-ons

correct permissions - Directories 755 / Files 644

Banners have stopped working in front end

First step would be to manually clear your cache by either removing the directory var/cache or renaming it to something like var/cacheX

If that doesn't resolve the problem then please ensure you are using the distributed .htaccess file.

If you do not find a solution, PM me temporary FTP access so that our specialists can check the issue

Make sure that add-ons files exist in the installation. For example banners.manage dispatch with return 404 if one of the following files is missing: design/backend/templates/addons/banners/views/banners/manage.tpl and app/addons/banners/controllers/backend/banners.php

Thank you all for your help.

design/backend/templates/addons directory was missing - there was a directory called addons.bak - I renamed addons and banners are working again.

I have, however, lost 50 or so banners that I had created.

I would be interested to know how this could happen and hopefully avoid it happening again.

I suggest you to change admin and FTP passwords. Possibly you was hacked

It looks more like the installation was moved to the root directory incorrectly. I doubt that hacker would rename the addons directory to addons.bak.

Banners are missing because the add-on was re-installed
