auto sending email

Hello,

Is it possible to program CS-Cart to send Emails to sepcific group, such as customers that in “prograss” mode or “complete” mode.

I want to program the system to send emails to all the customers that completed the purchase 10 days ago. is it possible , and how do I do it?

Yes a customer is notified about the status of their order when they place the order. If you want something else like:

I don’t know of anyway to do this “automatically” it would take some custom programming to have it done.



You could create a newsletter and send it to “Customers who placed order:”

This Week

This Month
