Auto Enable Communication

I want to auto enable communication for each order instead of having the customer click on that small link at the top of each order. Does anyone know how to do this?

Am I the only one asking about this? I searched the forum and didn’t find anything so if someone could point me in the right direction I’d greatly appreciate their help.


Yeah, the whole “Enable Communication” concept is a bit whacky to me, the only option should perhaps be to “disable” communication in the rare event that a customer goes off the deep edge or something… :slight_smile:
