australian customers cant place order?

ive had a couple customers around the world that cant seem to place an order with us from how cs cart is layed out.



For some reason the order sheet wont acccept there phone number or country sometimes…



how do i fix this?

Please clarify your problem in more details. What exact country and phone are not accepted? Also if it is possible provide us with a screenshot of the problem.

as soon as the customer replys back to me ill see if he can get some screen shots and what not, thanks

hello,

you could try creating another phone section in the Profile use input field - and turn off the other field that does not accept our numbers. - you could do a test our numbers only have 10 numbers
