austere theme category theme squished 1/4 of page

Anyone else use the austere skin. For My Categories it only uses 1/4 of the page . I looked at the multi column tpl and it looks fine. Any Ideas? Everything is overlapping and squished together. i Use CS-Cart 2.0.12. I attached a pic for what it shows

I found out this only looks fine in Internet Explorer. Safari, AOL, Google Chrome do this.
