Attaching Terms & Conditions To Invoice

Hi. I want to attach terms & conditions of the site to the customer invoice as PDF.


  1. Where should I do it? Placing order at checkout??
  2. Which function should I use?

if you want to show terms and conditions on the checkout, please check this article

if you need to attach PDF file with terms and conditions to order notifications sent to customers, it can't be done easily and custom modification is neede so we are at your service

You could just edit the invoice template to include the terms and conditions. There are quite a few posts on how to do this.

Just do a search on “invoice”

NO, I don't want to show terms and conditions on the checkout. I have been already showing it. I only want to attach terms & conditions of the site to the customer invoice as PDF.

Alan, I couldn't find any code example or topic on the forum. There is only an addon.But it's expensive.



I have coding knowladge and think I can code it. I just need to know which way is correct and which function can I use.

I use it and yes you can check a box in the add on properties to show on invoices.

I use their add ons. Very useful add ons there.
