Hi! I would like to attach a document (returns form that customers can print and use when they want to return some items) to the email that goes out when the order status is changed to Sent. I use the new email templates editor. I see there that it is possible to attach the invoice or order summary, but is it possible to attach an optional document..?

Please have a look at our Order Improvements add-on. It allows to attach documents to orders and send them for the specific order status.
