Ask the vendor a question

Is there anyway a customer can ask the vendor a question?



If a customer has a question about a product on your store how can they get more info on it?



Is there a add on I am missing or a mod that can be added.



This is very important!

Hi, I run the multi-vendor and there is no way to do so. I think you could use the form builder and build a different form for each vendor and add it as a block under any products or a vendor page like “ask this vendor a question” and have the content sent to the vendor direct. You could have that under a tab on the product page using this addon:

Here are a few addons that let people ask questions about a specific products but I don't think it could be sent to each vendor but I'm sure it could be modify easily to do so.

Thanks for your replies, but dont you think this a very important part of any multi vendor software.



I never even checked for this function before I purchased it because I thought it would obviously be there.



I wonder if this is something they would look at adding

Unfortunately there is no planning to accept any of the ideas at uservoice.

It seems that not worth to buy MV license from CS since they treat it as an addon rather a product. Well any of CS staff still develop MV out there or maybe they think it is already perfect.

It is not perfect I find problems all the time. I just list the one I cant do without
