I have a check in the option of that feature but I still cannot see any agreement, I don’ even know where it is filled out by me, if ever…



Any help getting this feature running?

It should be a check box that appears under the payment option section. (if I recall correctly).

Seems that the text of the terms and conditions is a value in Languages.

Thank you, adodric. Seems like I jumped the gun and did not clear the cache. Therefore, the changes were not updated.
