Asign attribute options to mass products

Hi! Is there any way to asign attribute options to mass products.

ie i have an attribute RAM assigned to laptops, desktops categories. This atrtribute has several options- 2GB, 4GB, 8Gb ets.

So i choose option 2GB, have all the products shown on one page and checkbox that ones with 2GB of ram.
