Are Recurring Payments Working?

There is a recurring payment module in CS-Cart, I'm using v2.2.4



So far, I have only used it once to take 3 payments. However, when I did so, it really didn't work the way I expected.


  1. On my admin home page, a message appeared saying that a subscription required action or something like that.


  2. The user received an email saying that the payments would have to be done manually.


  3. The automated payments have never been done.



    What am I missing? The payments were done by credit card through a merchant account simulating Authorize.Net interface.



    I'll need to take some recurring payments for a program I'm launching soon so I want to know what needs to be done.
