Has anyone seen this before? Just so happened to look at a few of my “incompleted” orders and notice that a some of them are actually approved. I checked the transactions (via 2checkout.com) and see the order did actually go through. I understand that sometimes the order may not get passed back as approved, but if it DOES get passed back as approved, why is it getting marked as incompleted?
What's even more odd is I get emails of the orders showing they are approved. Just the backend somehow marks it as incompleted. Maybe it was a fluke as I had 2 orders within about 6 hours like this way last night. Haven't seen it before or since.

I have the exact same problem. The Incomplete button shows only the top part of it and not all of it. I think it happens on transaction that the user bought more than 1 item. Now, I have to check at the processor to see if they order actually processed or not. Whenever you find some solution please post it.
Thanks,
D.

This is normally an issue with cURL depending on how 'fast' the payment processor requires it to be.
If the system is being taxed by backups or other maintenance it's common for the cURL module to not respond quick enough to warrant the correct action (processing orders).
A 'once' off is typical after an upgrade in my opinion.
Forgot to update the solution to my problem. It was 2checkout specific. In the 2checkout backend you need to use (in the Direct Return setting)…Header Redirect. The other 2 redirect settings will cause problems each in their own way. Switching to header redirect solved all my problems.
