Anyone see this error when upgrading?

I cannot upgrade 2.06 to 2.07. The upgrade install immediately stops and this page pops up:

You have a permissions problem on your server. It is not able to write to your var/upgrade directory within your store.

Thanks. We just moved to a new server so I guess I need to double check folder permissions.
