Any solution for the slow search facility?

Hi



I got a cart with like 1500 products and on the front end when I do a search using the search box it takes almost 15 seconds to come back with products… can this be improved or is there any functionalty out there that replaces the slow search facility?

Check my signature and search for outback (type it in slowly), you looking for this functionality or the actual search submit?

Did autosuggest populate quick enough? or the actual search submit?

I cannot find what you are pointing to me… however it appears you are telling me about some sort of auto complete search bar, I think the webgraphique guy sell that add-on
