Oh my you do have a sixth sense. There is no such thing as zero downtime no matter what they tell you.

seriously folks, switch hosts, how many threads and how many complaints does it take to wake up !!!
Yeah, it is year 2010, your site should only be down like once in a blue moon, period dot!

I have to disagree Sno. I’ve known Dave for many years and it takes time to develop a good hosting service. Dave is honest, has integrity and will sort things out I am certain. If you can hang in there with him, do it.
I will say however that CyberLNC’s problems have taken too much space on this forum and I’ll suggest to Dave that he open a forum for his company.

Hi guys, why don’t you try Martfox? You can upload your site to the US server and try it 30 days for free. Do it and make some issues and check their support times and so one…
No Thanks

Yes, Jesse “used to be” a nice guy, now he is angry & mean!
I don’t know - I’m with Cyberlnc and haven’t had any major issues. Overall I’ve been very happy with David’s service. I think that both himself and his team work hard to help me out every time I have an issue.
The downtime I’ve experienced hasn’t been that significant really. I was with hostgator who I was very happy with, but for some weird reason my sites didn’t work well on their servers and the payment gateways became inoperable - it was a shame because the service was great and pretty much no downtime.
Since moving to Cyberlnc everything works the way it should and yes there has been a couple of occassions where my site was offline for a very brief period of time, but nothing that affects my business at all. It really isn’t even worth mentioning it’s that small - maybe I’m just on a different server to people that experience issues, I’m not sure.
I know that alot of people here like to speak harshly of Cyberlnc, but I feel that it’s a little unfair sometimes as I know they genuinely provide a great service and that my sites work they way they should on those servers - and that’s the main thing to me. If that changes, then I’ll just move on to another host, it’s no problem. At the end of the day my business is what’s most important.
I’m not trying to be nasty here, but If people are not happy with any host, then it might be best to just move on to another without bringing the issue to this particular forum. I think Lawnmowertech probably tried to do this, but as usual, it turned nasty again.
I’m going to close this thread. It’s run its course.
