Today I have got received an order, what basically is not possible - it was submitted without mandatory fields
There is only one item, but it has missing Name, address, email neither IP address.
My question is: how it is possible to submit such an order?
Did you find an answer for this? It happened to one of my carts today also.
I have seen this too, but was able to track it down by reviewing my raw logs with an external program I use and traced it to a visitor using a Blackberry; this has happened twice and each time it is someone using a mobile device.
I am not sure what happens when using a mobile device with the cart but something is causing an issue.
This may not explain all of it but I would review the raw logs.
