Hello,
I want customers to become vendors. Can I create a vendor account with an existing customer account? When I assign the existing customer's email address as an administrator to a vendor, it cannot enter the vendor page and the "ErrorYou are not allowed to login to this area." error is recevied

Actually, that's not exactly the answer we're looking for.
we create vendors manually. When adding a new vendor and provide an existing user email, that user is not allowed to login vendor page.
