Allow Customer To Edit Order

Hello,

I have some customers wants to change their order after submitting it.

Is there any add-on allows the customer to change/delete their orders as long as the status is Open? I don't want to do it from the admin panel on behalf of the client.

The easiest way is to create a new order. For example, you can allow your customers to cancel the order and create new one. There is an add-on for order cancellation https://marketplace.cs-cart.com/add-ons/customer-experience/order-cancellation.html

You can create a small block with the instructions for customers on the order page.
