I've just noticed that all the product prices in my store have been increased by a fixed amount. Is there any functionality that allows it?
I have to urgently decide whether it could be a bug, admin mistake or a security breach.

If you want to restore old values later, use export/import feature. Export products with price values, create copy of generated feed, open it and excel, decrease price by required value and import it back.

Don't forget that CS-Cart takes price values from the field "Price" in CSV file. Check the name of the field before import process.
