My stupid idiot brother has reinstall my csc skin and i seen now all my blocks, graphics and other things are gone. Only header was there.
I restore my database but the problem was same

Same problem. Block configuration is apparently saved in your skins folder. What I mean is that the database has record of the block you edited and/or created, but the code is then written to your skins location in customer/blocks/
Important to backup not only your database, but your files, specifically the locations that require write access.
If you happen to know the DB block # or know how to view the DB tables, you can mostlikely add the code manually.
