Hi, i have writed you on email with answers about images:
1) owl v.1 scroll (used in CS-Cart does not work with vertical sliders)
2) its not good idea (for usability) to hide images from product gallery, thats why uni1 shows them all in open style in 2 colls vertically
3) if you need to show (or have) more, than 20 images, you need some customizations, but with third party developers.
Just several times i saw cases with this images number in product page (maybe, you need some additional way to show additional images? As its not effective way to show them all in this place.
Can you show the images horizontally in this way will be better even if I don t have slider.

Yes true this is funny ... we are even more disappointed because they told us in an old email dated at the beginning of October 2018 that UniTheme2 will be ready at the end of October of 2018 .. which did not happen ...
- Then they promised to publish it before the end of the year 2018 ... and we paid for a new subscription to get the new update .. however nothing was published ..
- Then they said not to expect the UniTheme2 before the new year 2019 vacation .. meaning it will be ready after the new year 2019 vacation .. which did not happen too!
- Last month they said it will be ready "next month"! .. ?
- Now the say "beta" version will be published in April ? maybe they will say the truth this time .. however they repeated promises are not good in business .. not sure anymore ..
I respect their good theme and work .. however trusting them will not be easy anymore !
we are sorry, yes we are still working on unitheme2, there are minimum 4 factors, that were very important to release new theme:
1) now we have changed (fully) system of updates - all new versions of our themes and addons will have updates via CS-Cart Upgrade server (it was too hard to develop updates server and rebuild all addons and themes) - now its ready (to update theme you will need to click to several buttons .... and thats all) our second theme now already has updates by this system
2) now we have released new demos service - you can test any our addon and theme with admin panel pass on CS-Cart or Multivendor - it works now and will help us to give possibility all users to test new unitheme2 before it will be given to all unitheme users, as update
3) we were waiting for CS-Cart 4.10.1 - as developers team presented new core feature (blocks management for mobile, tablets and PC) - but we have developed our own system for blocks output for mobile and PC users in theme, and we need to develop part of theme with this new core feature (or great conflict will have place, do you want code conflict on your working store?)
4) Google has totally changed page speed testing tool (now we have new algorithm, which makes not possible to have good results with old theming paradigm) - we have rebuild all code and now we have great results (yes, we have green zone for mobile too for today tests)
Also id like to say, that we support (and will support some time after unitheme2 release) unitheme1 for all users. So we have to develop both branches for this period. What problems do you have with present theme now?
Unitheme2 will be released in APRIL 2019 (i think, from 25 till 30.04, if CS-Cart 4.10.1 will be released in the first part of April) !!!! its 100% (we will need 2 weeks after CS-Cart 4.10.1 will be released)

I think you already know how much we appreciate your theme and your work .. for now we face major issues with UniTheme (loading speed for example and the complexity of customizing the theme layout ... moving one block can break the whole look in multiple devices ... beside some css, js issues ) .. we already contacted many times for these points, however no need to mention here your support system or that most of these issues will be solved in UniTheme2 according to you ... and that is why we put our hopes on your promise ...
Actually you could have fulfilled your promise and release a beta version of UniTheme2 long time ago if it was ready from the beginning, and then release the needed patches and updates.. note sure if that is okay from your point of view ..
Or at least you could have been clear and tell the true situation from the beginning ... and let your clients decide to wait or not ... ! in October 2018 we could have went for another solution instead of paying for new subscription that we can not utilize better anymore .. right ? it's now 6 months of waiting and we should wait for another month again which basically not sure anymore.. do you think that is fair ?

- about flexibility of unitheme1 - as you know, any third party theme in CS-cart paradigm is a child of Responsive native theme (its customized Responsive with fixed condition of styles and layouts to have effective view for all devices (but its not real to create second Responsive and to be a child of Responsive in this time) - i want to say, its not a problem for skilled CS-Cart developer to customize unitheme1, but if you have no needed skills, its better to find developer) yes, for uni1 customization of layouts requests adapting of styles (and its normal for third party theme !) - yes in uni2 it will be more flexible to change sizes, colls numbers for products lists, layout size)
- about css, js issues - we have no issues for default theme installation (and we are ready to fix any finded bug just immediatly) please give us info about finded issues, we will fix it
- about speed of unitheme, please check this installation (is it slow?) in CS-Cart projects server settings (and just this part) can do all to make you good speed
- about Google page speed metrics - please show more faster theme with the same quality and content quantity on the pages (we have investigate, that current even greatest stores (all in a world) have bad (red) metrics for mobile devices in Google page speed tools, as any themes for any CMS for now)
- about our support system with points - we will not change it, it sows as effective for 90% of customers. For another part of users id like to recommend to find CS-Cart developer, as they want to find in our Support center developers and teachers for CS-Cart dev purposes (we do not offer custom dev services, we do not teach for how to develop and integrate CS-Cart in projects, we just develop third party solutions to make CS-Cart stores more powerful)

About JS-code (its fully from CS-Cart core in the place of images output, i understand for non developer it sounds like theme error, but its not true, images output goes from clear CS-Cart) - but in unitheme2 we have changed this output.
And its ok for us to have a healthy critics from customers, it allows us do not relax and look for better solutions, working hard.
alex cs-cart team said own topic; before release v4.10.1 we will release, release candidate version couple weeks early, i hope you can adapt uni2 with this period.
First, the menu title wraps into two lines for smaller screens. In the demo, the dropdown menu is "Product Categories" which needs to wrap to two lines with smaller font on smaller devices. I changed mine to just say "Menu" so I don't want it to wrap. You can see the issue the image attached (unitheme_css_issue.jpg). How do I prevent this?
Second issue, I need to add the "quantity" box to the short_list layout in my products page. Is there a setting in one of the files that I can turn this feature on? For what I need, please see image labeled unitheme_products.jpg.
