Right now, you can setup the cart so that people agree to the terms & conditions during checkout. It would be nice if you could add a second or third agree to section through the cart. It would be even better if certain requests would appear for certain products.
For instance, on one of our products we have a special return policy. If that item was added to the cart, it would be nice to have a separate agree to field for it.
I know I can add it as a product option but like the idea of it showing up as a checkout option.
