After Renaming Admin Cart Says Not Installed?

I did the following. I changed the name of admin.php and changed the config.local.php $config['admin_index'] = 'tonewnameadmin.php';



when i go to page it says that cs-cart is not installed…



I even tried renaming back to admin.php same thing. I have no clue why it's doing that

What happens if you go to the index page? Try to rename the install directory to install.back
