After buying, there is still a gift certificate in the cart

Hi

I’m having issue with the gift certificate product; after purchasing it, it didn’t go away and was still in my cart, and I couldn’t manually remove it.

Try to reproduce it on the demo and post the issue to the bug tracker

This is fixed in 4.16.1.
