Affiliate sign-up email for admin?

Pretty sure we are missing this… how to setup that when one signs for affiliate that admin gets email notification to alert that he needs to approve the account.



Please help. TIA

The way cs-cart is setup that


  • customer registers as affilate (select affiliate instead customer during sign-up)
  • customer account gets created but in affilate/users status stays pending
  • Admin has to manually approve and add plan


  • customer gets email notification for all 3 - on sign-up, on admin approval or decline



    What I need in between that when the account as affilate is created that admin gets notification and that account needs to be approved.
