Advanced Product Import Doesn't Work

Hello,

I am running MV 4.11.3

I can't import any products. trying with csv. Exporte products and tried to import them again with some new entries - dint work.

It starts at the beginning when I have to elect a vendor where I abroad the csv. CS-Cart tells me I can't select this vendor (and it doesn't make any sense because the vendor is in the csv)?

If you choose fist vendor and then upload it works. OK - then I match the fields and click safe. All matches are gone. I press import, screen gets black 1 millisecond and nothing happens!?

Any ideas?

now I tried to import from the vendor dashboard. that solves the problem with the vendor. but when I match fields and press save the following error occurs.
