Okay, im having an issue with the pages loading for Administration Panel…
When i try to log in it is successful although when i go to the link to login to my panel, it does not load any images nor does it place the login box in the middle like it used to. all i see is text.
Also when i login successfully it comes up with all the links to go to each tab but there is also no images…
Ive done these already:
I made sure the computer was all up to date on updates
I cleared the cache and cookies
I made sure Java was up to date
Currently im using is Firefox 6.0.1 and its worked previously.
I also tired to use IE and its not working either…

Clear CACHE, COMPILED, and SmartOptimizer Cache folder if you have it.

What is Compiled?
And i dont think i have a smartoptimizer cache folder, where would those be located?

The Compiled folder is also in your public_html/var folder… You can clear all of the contents from that and CS-Cart will re-create the files… it's another form of caching

Do i delete all of them?
Cache
Compiled
Database
Downloads
Skin_repository
Snapshots
Upgrade
.htaccess
Index.php
that is what is it in the Public_html/var folder…
I delete all of them or just the compiled folder?
I deleted the catch and compiled folder in that but it didnt solve anything…
