Adminastration - Sequrity Wont Load

I have 4.3.1 and want to upgrade to the newest version but I wont do it before a have a sequre copy. :shock:

When I press it on the menu it just hanging. The buffer is emty

Do you mean that the the Administration > Backup/Restore page won't load?

In the config.local.php file replace:

ini_set('display_errors', 0);

with

ini_set('display_errors', 1);
define('DEVELOPMENT', true);

Then check the Backup/Restore page. If there is any error message, it should be displayed in the browser

Ok I did, nothing happens, just hang and trying to load the page..weird

I also upgraded cs cart lisence but dosen,t get up the newest version in in updatecenter. Just 4.3.2 that was the latest before mye stoelicenens got outdatet.

Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

The upgrades should be installed sequentially. Upgrade to version 4.3.3 will be available after you upgrade to version 4.3.2 and so on.

I got help upgrading, but now I get this weird error that show sometimes on the site. The cs cart support don\t manage to reproduce it, but its every 10 or 15 times reloadingthe site in a browser on the phone or desktop. Anyone have a clue?

Make sure you are using a compatible version of PHP with the current version of CSC. If you are and CSC updated the cart, I would contact them with the notices.
